The Southern Information and Valuation Corporation (abbreviated to SIVC), its forerunner is The Southern Information and Valuation Center – the valuation service organisation directly under the Ministry of Finance.

Being firstly established and developed valuation service organisation in Vietnam from 1999, SIVC has constructed a highly appreciated system on its range and quality in valuation and consultancy.

SIVC based on Vietnam valuation standards and normal international practices, accurately deals with interests between parties to ensure the impartiality of investment principle.

Simultaneously, SIVC has gathered a force of valuers, experts having professional, ethical quality, whole-hearted contributed, working together in ISO 9001: 2000 management system. That is the key to the success of SIVC in the past years.
